I am here to help you overcome those difficult emotional states so many of us experience, I am here to help you to heal yourself and I am here to help you take back your power with radical responsibility and ownership. 

Together, we are able to overcome anything on this beautiful journey called life. 

I have faced many adversities that I have had to overcome in my lifetime including seizures, heart surgeries, severe anxiety and panic attacks, a miscarriage, a broken neck, depression, and loss… suffice to say, I know a thing or two about the healing journey!

While all of that has been a part of my story, it’s not the ONLY part of my story.

I have also grown, and thrived, and learned, and triumphed and felt pure joy, happiness, love and belly laughter. I have embraced who I am at my very core, I have broken through those limiting beliefs to become a powerful woman and healer.

When working with me I will breathe belief into you and help you to not only become the very best version of yourself but also aid in helping to create an abundant lifestyle and career that you love and are passionate about. We will break through the limitations you have placed on yourself and rewrite those negative life experiences that have kept you stuck, as well as fine-tune your mindset to overcome stress, anxiety, old beliefs, behaviours and attitudes.

After working through many of my own traumatic experiences and learning ways to combat severe anxiety and poor belief systems and model of the world, I am now ready to serve.

I draw from my learned techniques and modalities through my diploma in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy and Performance Coaching.

I’ve finally found what lights me up and I am passionate about helping others to light that spark inside themselves too.
